Working with multi-generations, we understand the frustrations between youth and leadership. Youth feel their investment in education and skills take a knock when they get stuck in mundane tasks, and managers feel they’re not receiving the correct level of contribution and commitment from youth entering the workplace. Without the correct training tools and mentorship structures, remote working further places youth at risk.
The project goal is to empower youth to be able to contribute in ways that can help them, their colleagues and the company grow!
This is not our area of expertise, which is why we understand the need for financial education. Based on our own experiences, trying to understand the value of financial products can be a challenge if you do not have the following:
